What I Learned from the Class:

I learned how to take a previously-made lesson plan and change it to fit what I was teaching. By presenting One Minute Gurus and the Personal Technology project it let me practice teaching to a large group of people. Lastly, I learned many different new websites and tools that will be useful for when I become a teacher.

Meeting My Goals:

I think I met my goals for this class. I learned a lot about technology and how helpful it can be. There was a lot of simple tools that I didn't know existed before this class. This class taught me most of everything that I had concerns about in the beginning of the semester.

What Grade Should I Get:

I believe I should get an A because I worked diligently on my assignments and got in my assignments on time. As well, I worked well in my group projects and contributed equally among my group members. I asked questions when I was confused about something in the requirements of the projects.

How I Will Apply What Was Learned in my Future Courses and Teaching:

I will most definitely apply multiple of the tools I learned about in this class. I will definitely use the tool of SAMR lesson plan on my own lesson plans because some lesson plans are perfect except for one particular activity or assignment. So, by using one or multiple aspects of SAMR I can change the lesson plan to fit into what I'm teaching. As well, I can use some of the tools that were taught in the One Minute Guru Presentations. For instance, the tool I found for my second One Minute Guru will be very helpful when it comes to my students and reading. Since, I'm actually thinking of changing my major, this tool will help the grade level I think I want to teach, middle school. Storybird will let my students create their own books; if I made it a group project then they'd have to work together to create a book that could be shared with the whole class.
